Okay...

I vanished. Whoopsie doo.

But I'm back. And fat. Like fat as when I started.
BUT! I have a diet and excersize plan that should atleast help.

Sat-

B= 1 weet-bix - No sugar, no milk.
L= 1 piece of toast with tomato - No butter.
D= 1 Orange.
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.

Sun-
B= 1 weet-bix - No sugar, no milk.
L= 1/2 cup uncooked rice - cooked.
D= 2 Carrots
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.

Mon-
B= 1 Apple
L= 1 Orange
D= 1 Banana
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.

Tue-
B= 1 Banana
L= 1 Tub of yoghurt
D= 1/2 cup of uncooked rice - cooked.
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.

Wed-
B= Nothing
L= Nothing
D= Cup-a-soup
Drinks 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.

Thu-

B= Nothing
L= Nothing
D= 1 Tub of yoghurt
Drinks 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.

Friday-
B= 1 weet-bix - No sugar, no milk.
L= 1 Apple
D= 1 Tomato toasted sandwich
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.

Exercise-

= 2 hours yoga
= 4 hours running or skipping (1 hour sessions)
= 4 hours swimming
= 2 hours weight training/conditioning
= 1 hour stretching

Let's hope I'm less of a lard ass for when the boyf gets home. =D

Okay no more procrastinating.

Exercise:
Dancing like a lunatic
Hour and a half walk
Jeans shopping (And don't be telling me thats not exercise xD it so is I broke a sweat)

Fuck knows what kind of calories I have buzzing around inside me hah.

Anywhoreeeeeee....

I got a new outfit and I fit into a size 11 jeans! yusssss!
Oh and I'm starting Tae Kwon Do some time in the near future which will be THE BOMB can't wait, my cans, well, they'll be so full of whoop ass, just you wait.

Baby is this love for real?


Awesome song. I wish I had an ipod cable so I could run to it, ahh that's life is it not?

Yesterday went well, sticked (that's not even a word xD *stuck) to my limits and then when I got home I took me and my sexy hands to the pool and did few laps. And if the eye candy at the pool isn't enough of a motivation I don't know what is ;) I sat in the sauna until I thought I'd puke. That's probably not good hah.

Back to work today shouldn't be too bad. I can't eat at work and todays fasting day.

Lazy, lazy lazy.


Didn't post yesterday because I'm exactly that.
But that means you didn't get a picture of me half naked, which you should consider yourself lucky about. But brace yourselves, it's coming.

I gained two kgs WHAT THE FRIGGIT?!?! so today when I get my fat lazy ass out of bed I'll start my day of with some strength training then restrict with a max of 500cal.

I refuse to be a fat ass anymore.

On a plus side. I'm getting my nails done :D Frickin' woo!

I better get moving if I'm gonna be on time.

You have no facking idea.


What uncomfortable is.

I am so goddamned constipated. I have never needed to shit so bad in my life.
And I know that is not classy at all. Not the slightest bit glamourous, but this whole "don't eat, get skinny" shit has taken its toll and it is not pleasant. My stomach is so fucking sore I cannot even walk.

Right enough of that.

My progress just dived it's fat ass out the door and down the block. I binged yesterday as I mentioned, didn't excercise, got up and had breakfast, and hot chocolates and banana cake and muffins.

Holy mofo I'm such a fatty.

Diet starts tomorrow. It really has to. My formal is in a month and a half and I have to look half decent.
I'm making this dress:

Any way, I'm going to have a hot bath and a hot drink to try help ease this ailment of mine and I'll get back to you with the diet and exercise plan I come up with tomorrow.
