BUT! I have a diet and excersize plan that should atleast help.
Sat-
B= 1 weet-bix - No sugar, no milk.
L= 1 piece of toast with tomato - No butter.
D= 1 Orange.
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.
Sun-
B= 1 weet-bix - No sugar, no milk.
L= 1/2 cup uncooked rice - cooked.
D= 2 Carrots
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.
Mon-
B= 1 Apple
L= 1 Orange
D= 1 Banana
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.
Tue-
B= 1 Banana
L= 1 Tub of yoghurt
D= 1/2 cup of uncooked rice - cooked.
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.
Wed-
B= Nothing
L= Nothing
D= Cup-a-soup
Drinks 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.
Thu-
B= Nothing
L= Nothing
D= 1 Tub of yoghurt
Drinks 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.
Friday-
B= 1 weet-bix - No sugar, no milk.
L= 1 Apple
D= 1 Tomato toasted sandwich
Drinks= 3 cups of tea - 2 sugars, milk.
Exercise-
= 2 hours yoga
= 4 hours running or skipping (1 hour sessions)
= 4 hours swimming
= 2 hours weight training/conditioning
= 1 hour stretching
Let's hope I'm less of a lard ass for when the boyf gets home. =D
